  • Awesome job on Diane yesterday! I was very glad to see many of you make it as Rx’d for the first time…those Hand Stand Push Ups are no joke. We also have several women finally get through all 45 HSPU which was really, really cool! Keep up the great work gang!!!
  • The final results are in, and CrossFit High Voltage of Burbank raised over $7,000 dollars for Fight Gone Bad 5! We were $2,000 over our initial gym goal of $5,000. This placed our box 44th in the world out of over 2,000 CrossFit gyms. I think we’re starting to get the hang of this thing…

A big thank you to all my Volts and Vixens who came out to Barney’s on Saturday night and helped make my 31st birthday so amazing!!! There were a ton of you, and you know how to party…and for that, I thank you too!

We pretty much have an awesome time no matter what we do…whether it’s raising money for Fight Gone Bad, doing a crazy workout together, helping build this gym, helping new members know who everyone is and getting them to feel comfortable, or partying it up in a backyard, the lobby, or at Barneys…you always bring great energy. That’s what hanging out with 200+ of your closest friends is like…Thank you!
