-Our 40 Nutrition Challenge has started! I hope you enjoyed day 1. When you come in the gym this week, be sure and do your Nutritional Goal Setting sheet, your before photo (no smiling), and your weigh in.  Health, check. Fitness, check.

-In House Challenge this Saturay. 10am-2pm.  Paleo  BBQ to follow. We’re all doing it, are you? 3 Challenging  WOD’s, beginner, intermediate, and advanced divisions…come put your training  to the test and continue to keep yourself accountable.

-Additional  Tuesday/Thursday 9:30am class starts today! We just keep on growing!!!

-Did you know??? We now have Krav Maga and Butki Negara martial art classes on Friday night at 7:30pm (Butki Negara) and Saturdays at  8am! Current CFHV members will receive a discounted rate on these awesome martial art classes. We are very happy to continually offer you all the best programs around!
