No real reason for the video above. Didn’t have any photos to upload and I’m a ridiculous Jack Johnson fan. Guess I thought you should know that. It’s my favorite music to WOD to…everyone’s got them…your WOD idiosyncrasies…and the longer you CrossFit you probably end up with a lot of them. There’s a ton of you out there who need that ‘pre-wod’ restroom visit. Others that have a saying to yell out: “Good Luck everybody, see ya on the other side!”. Mine…love having the Jack Johnson on.
