110111 – Tuesday

  • New Class! Barbell Class Saturdays at 11am! It’ll take place every week, and will be taught by Brown Bear & Pnuts (Greg & Mike….). Best of all, it’s included in your monthly membership to CrossFit High Voltage!
  • This class will focus on basic Barbell movements: Back Squat, Deadlift, Press, Bench Press, Power Clean, as well as accessory lifts. It’s the perfect class to improve your technique, strength, & power!
  • Greg is a USA Weightlifting Certified Coach, and Pnutz is certified through Westside Barbell. Yeah Buddy?
  • Is this class for me? Yes, this class is for everyone! If you’re new, it’s learning the basic lifts is obviously a huge focus of our classes for you…making sure you can do everything properly is paramount. If you’re a seasoned CrossFitter, then you know how important additional strength is to increasing your overall fitness level & health.
