  • Stronger Faster Healthier’s Post-WOD Protein is once again Sold Out! Our entire staff is so happy to see our Community’s commitment to health, fitness, & wellness! We’re about to place another order here…if you don’t want to miss out, sign up at the front desk.
  • 7am classes are coming this Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! Our early morning crew is super consistent and motivated…if you need a jump start in your day, be sure and check out the 6am & 7am classes!
  • Starting May 1, we will no longer be accepting Drop-Ins to our Group Classes. For anyone new who wants to get started they must start with a Complementary 1 on 1 Intro to CrossFit session, which takes about an hour. It will begin to give them the proper foundation to excel at all the awesome things you all are doing, an overview of our program, how it is different, and how it works!
  • We are very excited to have our gym continue to grow, and want all of your friends and family to be a part of the “Fun”…but the best and safest way to do this for everyone is with our Complementary Intro to CrossFit session.

Upgrade.

We’ve installed 30 more linear feet of pull up bars, giving us almost a 100 foot long pull up structure on our wall, going from the front of the gym all the way to the back! We’ve also added 4 new weightlifting platforms. They’re super sturdy, and deaden the noise of heavy weights being dropped! Yeah buddy!
