Q. Tell us about your fitness and or athletic background before crossfitting. I used to do Soccer and strength training on my own.

Q. How did you find about CrossFit? I found out about CrossFit through my supervisor Bryan Torres who also trains at CFHV.

Q. What was your first W.O.D. like? I thought my first WOD was so intense  it felt like it was impossible to complete but hey I did it and I survived!

Q. What are your CrossFit goals? I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle be stronger and earn a nickname 🙂

Q. Who’s your favorite member to sweat with? Anyone everyone!

Since joining CFHV what can you do now that you never thought you would ever be able to do? I never thought I would be able to do pull ups and learn the power clean…now I can!

What kind of changes have you noticed in your life since joining the CFHV family? My body image has changed for the better and I feel so much stronger and fitter.

Tell us about your experience with the community of CFHV.
It has been awsome everyone is so encouraging and if I don’t come for a day I miss it.

What’s your best advice for someone starting at CFHV?
Just don’t give up…keep showing up!

-L-Sit (Feet together at 90 degrees legs straight)

Coaches will be prepared help everyone scale this workout to their proper level so when we attempt it again in a month we will be able to have measurable observable and repeatable results.
