With Memorial Day Murph less than 24 hours away, we are putting the final touches on the set up for this awesome event. Be sure and trim those callouses, and be ready for a good CFHV time.

We will run the ‘Murph’ event in 3 heats. The first heat will start promptly at 11am. Heat #2 will start at 11:30am, and the final heat will start at 12pm. We will have heat sign up sheets for everyone when you arrive.
We will also have scaling options for everyone. Whether it is chopping up the middle reps ‘Cindy’ style, Team Murph, 1/2 Murph, etc, everyone can be a part of this fun Community Event.

After the ‘Hero Workout’ is over, we’ll be hanging around and eating tons of great food. Remember, this event is potluck style, and BYOB.
