-Our CFHV Competition Team is training hard. You might have seen them upscaling their WOD’s, throwing around extra weight, extra reps, and extra time at the box. They’re representing our High Voltage Community next Friday, Saturday, and hopefully Sunday. We’re all behind them, and we can’t wait to see their hard work and dedication pay off.
-When you run into Steven, Sarah, Nick Sr, Lindsay, Robb, and The Lisa, make sure and tell them that you’ve got their back, because they’re busting theirs for us!
-Finally, we are getting a special 1x T-Shirt order coming in next week for our competition team. We will have ‘some’ extras for all of our biggest supporters (you!). They’re at the printers right now, and they look fantastic…more details to come soon!
