1. Sunday, viagra buy August 28: CFHV End of Summer Bash! We’ve had a great summer of training at CFHV. Our team placed 5th in the SoCal Regionals, abortion we had an absolutely huge Memorial Murph workout, and we’ve got a ton of new Volts and Vixen’s begin their CrossFit training with us…What better way to end the summer than with a beach party?

Bring your friends & family out on Sunday, August 28 from 12-4pm (Zuma Beach, near Point Dume) and get some quality time in with your daily sweat buddies…but this time at the Beach. 2. Trumpet’s please…Fight Gone Bad 6 is coming up!  We are proud to announce that this year, CFHV will be participating in Fight Gone Bad 6 with CrossFit LA, CrossFit Pasadena, CrossFit 818, and CrossFit Hollywood in an awesome event on the same enormous sound stage at Sony Studios in Culver City on September 17th as we did last year!

To be a part of this great community event, go to www.fgb6.org, and register under CrossFit High Votlage! Then start telling your friends & family about how they can donate to your page and to the CFHV Team! To get an ‘official Fight Gone Bad shirt’, you must raise $150. To get a FGB6 Sweatshirt, you must  raise $500. Last year our gym was in the top 50 of all CrossFit affiliates worldwide…this year let’s make it into the top 20. Who’s ready to step up to the challenge?! Are you Ever Ready? Ok, then Let’s Get After It! Stay tuned for many updates to come. 

To get every Volt & Vixen ready for this HUGE event, we will have a Fight Gone Bad ‘variation’ every week leading up to this event. Get ready for one of our biggest Community Events of the year and an awesome challenge that all Volts & Vixens should be a part of! Sign up sheets will be in the gym.
