Josh & Brett 2 of our morning crew ‘Waffle Wodders’ with  just enough energy left after the 6am WOD to show some CFHV love.

Our 6 & 7am classes were always pretty small maybe it’s because I’m a night owl and can am used to training at 10pm at night. But in the last few months our morning Volts & Vixens rallied and now have a consistent crew that not only pushes each other but has such a great attitude about working out before the sun comes up! It must be contagious because more and more Volts & Vixens have been starting off their day the right way…with another awesome CFHV training session. Remember everything else during your day will seem easy if you WOD at 6 or 7am!
