Oly Lifting and ‘your brains’ – Tuesday, Sept 20
We have some talented people at our gym and we had an amazing time at Fight Gone Bad over the weekend. We had a bunch of Volts and Vixens take part in the charity fundraiser but how do you explain what a CrossFit workout is like…and even more so how do you explain how incredible our Fight Gone Bad 6 Event was?
When you’re in the moment of an event or competition the things around you start moving differently. Time either moves too slowly or too quickly. You try to explain to everyone what it felt like to be in the middle of a workout with such incredible energy. You try to explain what it feels like to question whether you can do just 1 more rep…but you did. The emotions the energy the Community…it’s really something special…and we’re all very glad to be a part of it.
