New Classes! Tuesday, Sept 27

We just keep growing! And to celebrate we’re adding more Level 1 CrossFit classes. These will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 7am rounding out our 7am M/W/F Level 1 CrossFit schedule giving us CrossFit Beginner classes morning and night 5 days week!

Level 1 Classes are the perfect place to start if you’re new to CrossFit and functional movements. Each of these classes focuses on 1 of the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements kipping pull ups rowing running technique and the rest of the basic concepts to set you up on the right track for long term training and long term results. We’re not the home of the ‘quick fix’ we want to help you earn life-long results!

Big Congrats to Taryn for getting a Personal Record on her 100# Clean & Jerk! Upon moving to LA she’d never done CrossFit and now she’s been CrossFitting with us for 2 months and is really doing great. Her formula for success? Show up consistently be positive listen to her coaches then get some awesome results. Sounds pretty good to me!
