If you haven’t heard we’ve already got our next set of awesome Community Events up and going. There’s something for everyone. So read up and stay in the game!
1. Fran Friday & Party at Barney’s Beanery. This Friday. Everyone’s favorite nemesis “Fran” will be going on in honor of Coach Tim’s birthday. We’ll be doing it at every class on Friday from 6am onward. Then come throw back a few with us at Barney’s in downtown Burbank Friday night at around 8pm until we get the job done!
2. Friday Oct 14. Halloween Horror Night @ Universal Studios! 8pm -2am.
3. Saturday November 19: The Spartan Race in Malibu CA.

All Levels CrossFit:
Ax3 rest 3-4 minutes after each set
Row 250 meters full out.
AMRAP HSPU: Sub to Ring Push Ups regular Push ups. Score is slowest row and total HSPU.
B. 4 sets for time: Rest 2 minutes after each round. Time is total time including rest.
10x CtB Pull Ups
10x Overhead Squats
10x Toes to Bar
Rest 2 minutes active.
Level 1 CrossFit:
A. 3x Row 250m for time. Score is slowest row. Rest 3 minutes between sets.
B. 1/2 Tabata at each station for total reps.
