What’s that? You haven’t registered for Barbells 4 Boobs yet? Well surely you’ve heard that High Voltage is hosting on Saturday Rocktober 29 at 10am. And since you already know that you definitely know that there is a Paleo BBQ after the heats finish.

I don’t need to bore you with reminders that we have 3 different ability levels for this workout so everyone can take part and raise money for this amazing cause.

You’re probably already very excited that every class today is going to review the movements for the workout ‘Grace’ which we’ll all be doing on Sat Oct 29. All Levels will be working Clean & Jerks and different approaches to improving your turnover on them while Level 1 classes will learn the hang power clean power clean and push press movements.

And on a serious note this is another great cause that we are very excited to be a part of. Proceeds benefit screenings and diagnostic procedures for women and men for prevention of breast cancer and are 100% tax deductible. please register at www.Barbellsforboobs.com under the CrossFit High Voltage Team. Tuesday’s Training: 

All Levels CrossFit

A. Power Clean & Split Jerk 3&3. Work on speed.

B. 4x Lowest score per station is score.
30 sec on 30 sec rest at each station.

1. Touch & Go Power Clean & Power Jerk (set is over when you drop the bar or 30 sec is complete)
2. Double Unders
3. Sit ups

5) C. Triple Jump
Broad Jump. Jump from stand still with both feet then one foot then the other foot then ‘stick’ the landing. Best out of 3 jumps.

Level 1 CrossFit
Skill: Power Clean & Push Press
WOD: 3 rounds for total reps FGB Style
-1 min per station rest at the end of 5 stations.
-Wall Ball
-Sit Ups
-Push Ups
-KB Swings
-Row
rest 1 min then repeat 2 more times.
