Ok so there’s this group of guys that call themselves ‘Dude Perfect’. Over Thanksgiving I spent more than a few minutes being blown away by the awesome ‘tricks’ they’ve put on YouTube:

No it’s not CGI…but it does show one of the things I love most about competition or art or anyone who puts themselves on the line for something they love. This video shows the accumulation of the hours of hard work struggle frustration and learning. We generally only get to see someone else’s finished product. We only get to see the ‘montage’ of their training which seems almost unreal. Well it kind of is.

The next time you are at a road block in your training just remember that for every ‘no’ you think you’ve found is just one more step on the way to your inevitable success. We’ll be here with you every step of the way to get there with you.

Monday’s Training:
All Levels CrossFit:
A1. Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5 : rest 20 seconds
A2. HSPU (Hand Stand Push Ups – Sub Ring Push Ups)
30 second AMRAP: rest 90 seconds

B. 3 rounds for time:
Run 400 m
20 toes to bar
20 wall balls

Level 1 CrossFit:
Skill: Back Squat – sets of 5 reps
-Wall Ball Technique
20) WOD: 3 Rounds for time
Run 400 meters
20x Toes to bar (sub k2E or Sit Ups)
20x Wall Ball
