Today marks our first full day of training for 2012. Get ready for an amazing year of CrossFit health fitness & wellness training. Nutritional Challenge Self Myfascial Release Seminar The Fittest in Burbank Challenge & the CrossFit Games Sectionals and that’s just the start.
We’re ready to make 2012 the Fittest Year Ever so come on in and let’s get this year started right!

We have a full schedule today…9 training sessions and open gym so come in and get on it!

Remember our new evening schedule of 5 classes a night will start tonight. The morning schedule will remain the same.
