  • Reminder: Our new expanded class schedule is in effect! 4:30pm 5:30pm 6:30pm Level 1 7:30pm & 8:30pm. There’s no excuse to get your CrossFit on!
  • Guest Days 2.0 is coming up next week – Thursday Friday & Saturday (Jan 12 13 14). Bring a friend or 2 with you and join in on all of your awesomeness! Or…if they just can’t wait to get started we start new CrossFitters up every single day with a Complementary 1 on 1 Intro to CrossFit session assessment & goal setting session.   • This Thursday  at 4:30pm will be our first ‘Advanced’ Class (Level 3&4). You must test in to this class and you can test in at any point if you aren’t ready now. What’s the WOD? Come in Thursday at 4:30pm and find out…we’ll all be doing it at 4:30pm! Every week this session will have different programming than the regular WOD for either All Levels or Level 1. It is not for the feint of heart technique intensity and virtuosity will be a big focus.

Level 1 CrossFit
Skill: Deadlift Sets of 5 reps for technique.
For time: 500m Row Test.
WOD: for time
51x Burpees
51x Sit ups
51x Double Unders (or 3-1 singles)
