Wednesday’s Training: 

All Levels: 

A1. Push Press 5-5-5-5-5

A2. Muscle Up Progressions x5 reps (after every set of push press) at your most difficult progression level

B. 1 Min AMRAP Push Press from rack (95/65)

C. 21-15-9 reps for time
