We are so proud of our over 100 Volts and Vixens who took on our intense 30 day Refine Your Fuel Nutritional Challenge! We’ve seen some incredible results in both physical appearance and performance. We’ll post some before and after photos soon…but today it’s time to…
Make it RAIN!!! Congrats to Alan who won 1st place in our Refine Your Fuel Challenge – he completely changed his eating habits going from doing his intro session after eating Jack in the Box to being the most strict Paleo eater of the entire group. And…he’s taken to the lifestyle change so much he is still dialing his diet in and continuing to see great results. He is the proud winner of $300 cash 2 tickets to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and a private fitting session at Lululemon! Yeah Buddy!
Next up is Crystal in 2nd place! She’s been doing Paleo for a while but she Refined her Fuel and shaved over a minute off her baseline time and added 10# to her back squat in just 4 weeks. All this while losing weight and trimming up. She is the proud winner of $200 cash money and 4 tickets to an upcoming LA Clippers game! Yeah Buddy!
In 3rd place is Brett representing the 6am Waffle Wodders! Brett is a great athlete a fun guy to WOD with and snuck up on us with his consistent performance – which is exactly what we were looking for. He made great daily habits…and choices at 5am are very easy to go the wrong way if you’re not being held accountable. Brett is the proud winner of $100 cash money and 4 tickets to this summer’s X-Games! Yeah Buddy!!!
