We have always prided ourselves on our progression based CrossFit program and being able to take brand new CrossFitters and helping them achieve their initial fitness goals and then a bunch more.

Tuesday’s Training

All Levels CrossFit


400 meter run

rest 20 seconds

then in 20 seconds perform AMRAP of

1st set – strict pull ups

2nd set – kipping pull ups

3rd set – chest to bar pull ups

B. 4 sets –

30 seconds squat clean (total reps)

30 seconds double unders (total reps)

rest 2 minutes then repeat

Level 1 CrossFit

Skill: Med Ball Clean

WOD: 20 Minute AMRAP

400 Meter Run

10x Pull Ups

15x Med Ball Clean

50x Jump Rope Passes
