Rebecca Black Loves Friday for a Reason…

And it’s not because she get’s to ride in the backseat. Friday’s are awesome at CFHV because the energy is completely electric. We have everything from dedicated beginners setting their first personal bests to hard core athletes throwing down battling one another then turning around to cheer each other on. Friends and family are on the sidelines quickly picking up the lingo and supporting their loved ones. Who cares if they don’t know what ‘fast hips’ means? They’ll be yelling it at every sporting event from here on out. The sense of camaraderie and community is intoxicating to anyone who gets to experience it. Whether you’re here every Friday night or have only been a part of it once there’s no question it will grab you. With only 2 weeks left in The Fittest in Burbank challenge make sure you stop by and get a taste of what Friday night at CFHV is all about!

Recruit Division: 14#-9ft/10#-8ft (3-1 Single Unders)
Apprentice Division: 14#-10ft/10#-9ft (3-1 Single Unders or Double Unders)
Journeyman Division: Rx’d
Veteran: Rx’d
For all divisions – if you go ‘as prescribed’ you will score above anyone who does the scaled version for that division (i.e. 1 round with Double Unders for Apprentice will score above an apprentice who does 2 rounds with 3-1 single passes)
