Monday – March 26 – We’re IN!!!

Months and months of hard work and 5 weeks of testing are finally finished and the results are finally in…

High Voltage came in 18th place in all of SoCal moving us up 11 places from the 2011 Open Sectionals!!!

And for the second year in a row your hard work will advance our team to the SoCal CrossFit Games Regionals on May 11-13 at the  Pomona Fairplex where High Voltage will compete against the top 30 CrossFit gyms in Southern California!

Can I get a Yeah Buddy!?!?

Once again this was a team effort – and we have our amazing Community of nearly 300 CrossFitters to thank.

Each week the top 3 male and female scores go to the team core…and we had 15 different Volts and Vixens with a top 3 performance! That’s a HUGE number – and we had Volts and Vixens from nearly every single class time contribute to the score. Our entire coaching staff is blown away about this!

These results are a testament to your hard work dedication to training hard and consistency in following our programming to continue to unlock your full potential. Every single CrossFitter we had that did the 2011 Sectionals improved on their score for the final workout – with some enormous improvements of between 50 to 85 reps on this one workout! As hard as it was your effort & support for each other made these 5 weeks unforgettable.

And because we’re never really ‘finished’…we’ve got something new in the works for you to have some fun with…

Because our team making it regionals was a Community effort we have a special present for everyone! We are going to let YOU design our High Voltage Regional Team shirt! Over the next week we will be accepting design submissions – to make sure the shirts can be produced in time this contest will only go through this Friday March 30.

At the end of the contest we will choose our favorite design and submit it to Life as Rx. This will be the shirt that our top 3 men and 3 women will wear in the SoCal Games Regionals…it will also be the same shirt each of YOU can wear while cheering them on in training and at the competition May 11-13.

Submissions can be sent to The gym wide pre-order will take place in early April so get your submissions in soon…and may the best design win!
