We talk about it all the time. How are you going to move better? How are you going to be fitter and healthier? How are you going to take the next step in your personal game? What is the next concrete task you are going to perform in your life to get where you want to go? How are you going to ‘Level Up’?

With this in mind we’ve got an entire week of  awesome things planned for each of you to help you improve your fitness game…and trust me you don’t want to miss out. Every day this week our Coaching Team has worked up a little ‘something extra’ for each of you.

But that’s all going to take place in the box. Without further ado we’ve got an awesome new and super apparent announcement for everyone in our virtual world:

We’ve got an awesome new website!

Yup we’re stepping up our game…again! Whether it’s programming coaching programs progressions or down to how we can get you that information and help you make it a part of your daily life and routine we’re always trying to improve.

We’re still learning all the new stuff it can do but it is so freaking cool that I couldn’t wait any longer to show it to you. We’ll be changing up some of the formats on here…so keep checking back and see all the new awesome that’s going on.  It’s going to be soooo much easier for all of you to find the great info that we post upcoming events wod’s member profiles schedule of classes videos….you get the idea. Even cooler the entire website is self scaling so it automatically fits your mobile devices and what not and what have you.

Big thank you to Waffle Wodder Andrew for helping make this happen – he showed me what he’d been ‘working on’ and it just reafirms that we have the most talented group of CrossFitters ever. I’d also like to give a shout out to Chico for ongoing website tech help and advice. Bottom line our Community is incredible – you are the first line of people that we reach to when we want to get anything done and you always deliver. We enjoy returning the favor.

Monday’s Training

All Levels

Level 1

  1. 800m Run
  2. Thrusters! (3 reps every minute for 10 minutes @ 80% of 1RM (out of rack)
  • Skill: Thrusters
    Sets of 5 reps – focus on upright torso and solid rack position
7 Minute AMRAP – 2fers!

  • 200M Run
  • 15 Wall Ball
    (advanced upscale: 2-for-1 Wall Ball)
Complete AMRAP in 15 Minutes of:

  • 200M Run
  • 10 Wall Ball
  • 15 Situps
