Hey Volts and Vixens! April has been the “Feel the Love month” and we hope that you all have had a taste of just how much we love and appreciate every Volt and Vixen!
Weekends at CrossFit High Voltage are no exception and are all about new destinations – whether it be new found strength or testing your self in a completely new way.
Over the next two weekends we’ll be hosting events that are sure to follow suit!
This coming weekend Saturday April 21st will be our second “Kettlebell Cooking – Foundations Course”. Get educated on everything from the fundamentals of the Paleo Diet to better technique in the kitchen.
Next Weekend Saturday April 28th is the grand finale to our “Feel the Love Month”.
CrossFit High Voltage is taking to the great outdoors. We’ve scouted and mapped out a perfect trail in the Burbank Hills for our first Adventure WOD. We will be meeting at High Voltage at 9am and from there be heading up to the trail head together. There are 2 destinations we will be hiking to on the trail. The first will be closer and something every Volt and Vixen can casually achieve. This will be the primary destination for most and everyone is welcome to bring a ball to play catch picnic items or friends and family. Now the next destination is for those really seeking a challenge. There is a ruined Boy Scout building a ways up the trail that this group will hike to and perform a WOD at. Afterwards we will return to the first destination and join in on the relaxing time in the sun.
9am – Level 1 Team Workout
10am – All Levels Team Workout
11am – Barbell Training
10am – The Long WOD
11am – High Voltage Strength
