An incredible event with an incredible group of CrossFitters. Thank you to each of the over 120+ Volts & Vixens that came out and performed ‘Murph’ on Memorial Day.

Each year this event gets better and better…and it’s because each of you push yourselves further and further. We had people doing Murph with 40# weight vests straight through double straight through Murph all the way over to Bill taking literally his 4th CrossFit class completing this challenging workout.

High Voltage is built on a strong foundation of an incredible Community. We’re all different but we’re here for the same reason. What are able to accomplish is something greater than any of us can do on our own.

So I’ll see you all at the box today. After the festivities it’s always back to square 1 – get back on track and do the next rep. It’s how we got here and it’s how we’ll get there.
