It’s been an awesome week following Monday’s Murph and I’d like to encourage everyone to stay steady and keep training. We’ve got a very special weekend planned which will be the perfect time to add Saturday or Sunday to your weekly exercise routine.

Between Coach Pnutz rocking the Barbell Class and Coach Tim rocking the other classes – this weekend at High Voltage is sure to be a blast so get up and stay in the game!

10am – All Levels CrossFit

11am – Barbell Class
