We’ve been keeping with this ‘theme’ for a while – a new week new opportunities and new chances to live the best summer of your life.
The great part about this renewed focus is that it is broad enough to mean different things to each of us yet still have a direct impact on your actions. For some of us that means making sure we get back on our training schedule even though the summer nights are enjoyable enough to last a little longer and make getting up earlier that much harder. For others it might mean the week of a big movement or capacity break through. You’ve worked hard for months and months and now all these small changes are going to add up to your first Chest to Bar Pull Up or a Clean & Jerk PR.
For High Voltage Volt Daniel Duran starting off this week is filled with possibilities. See Daniel just got drafted in the Major League Draft! Can I get a ‘Yeah Buddy’!
Daniel’s obviously an awesome athlete…but that definitely isn’t enough to get drafted. He comes to his training sessions each time focused and gives it his all – that’s HUGE. Our entire Community is very proud of him and excited for what his bright future holds. Show Daniel some love in comments and at the box as well. I have a feeling that his goals for the week include ‘Stepping up his game’ even more this week and hitting his training sessions with his usual full effort.
His goals are different but his intent drive and focus are the same as everyone else in our entire High Voltage Community. That right there is what makes this whole thing so special.
