Skill: Push Press & Kipping Pull Ups

  • Sets of 5 reps for Push Press

WOD: 5 rounds for time

  • 200m run
  • 15 burpees
  • 10 pull ups
Skill: Hang Clean & Movement review4 sets of

  • Hang Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Press
  • Back Squat
  • Push Press
  • 5 cycles through is 1 set
WOD: 2 Min on 1 min off x 4 rounds
  • 5 Burpees AFAP
  • 5 Pull Ups
A. Bear Variation

  • 9 cycles through rest 90 sec
  • 7 cycles through rest 90 sec
  • 5 cycles through rest 90 sec
  • 3 cycles through.
  • Going up in weight each set
  • Power Clean Front Squat Power Jerk Back Squat Power Jerk
  • Tough and go only
  • Dropping the bar at any point (even the last rep) is a 10 burpee penalty to be done before the next rep takes place

B. 5 Rounds 40 sec on 2 min off

  • 5 burpees AFAP
  • 5 CTB Pull Up
  • Score is total rounds completed
