Rough days~

Everyone has days when they’re not on their “A” game. It is impossible to reach your full potential every single day. That’s why they give pro athletes games off and planned rest days. This aspect is just as important for us that aren’t ‘quite’ pro level (yet).

It is important for us all to remember this fact when you’re having a rough day partly because it’s going to happen sooner or later.

Rather than get frustrated and let it hurt your confidence just remind yourself that although the body and the mind aren’t really firing on all pistons for that particular day one thing that remains the same every single day is your will and your effort. Days like this also make us appreciate the days that you do crush stuff…and even though that day may seem far away the day you crush it will have it’s time to shine as well.

As long as you’re giving it your all every day is a victory regardless of the outcome. Full effort right? Right!

Level 1 CrossFit

A. A x 3

  • 400m Run rest 20 seconds
  • 20 seconds AMRAP Ring Dips
  • Rest 60 seconds

 

 Skill: Pose Running

  • 2 x 400m Run rest 2 minutes
B. 4 Rounds for max reps 1 min per station

  • Overhead Squat
  • Toes to Bar
  • KB Swings
Rest 1 minute after each round
WOD: 5 rounds 1 minute per station

  • Front Squat
  • Knees to Elbow
  • KB Swings

Rest 1 minute after each round
