  • Rest 30 seconds before A2

A2. 20 second L-Sit on Pull Up Bar

  • ADAP
  • Rest 1 minute before A1
 Skill: Front Squat

  • Sets of 4
  • Focus on maintaining correct posture throughout entire movement
B. 10 Minute Double Under Cindy!

  • 10 minute AMRAP of:
  • 5 Pull Up 10 Push Ups 15 squats
  • After each round perform Double Unders
  • 5 Double Unders after round 1 10 Double Unders after round 2 15 Double Unders after round 3 etc etc
WOD: 22 Minute AMRAP of:

  • 5 Pull up
  • 10 Push up
  • 15 Squat
  • 100 Rope Passes
