It was quite the awesome weekend in the lives of long time Volt and Vixen Dessire and Drew. They got married!

We’re so proud of the happy Crossfitting couple and we wish them nothing but happiness in their lives together. Make sure to congratulate them the next time you see them in the box and show the some love in comments!

A2) 6 reps single leg lateral box jump; 4 sets; (Right foot on left side of box left foot on right side of box)

 Skill: Back Squat 

Focus: Keeping our torso as one unit while going through the movement.
