Wednesday’s Training

All Levels CrossFit

Level 1 CrossFit

A. 5 Sets of 5 reps

  • Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5, rest 20 seconds
  • HSPU: 5 reps ADAP, rest 1 min
Skill: Deadlift

  • Sets of 3 Reps for 10 Min
B.  3 rounds for total reps, 1 min per station:

  • Row for cal in 1 min
  • FLR for 1 min (on rings)
  • 10m lateral sprint
  • rest 1 min:
WOD: 4 stations, 1 min per station, 1 min rest after all stations are complete

  • Deadlift
  • Jump Rope Passes
  • Rowing
  • 10m sprint
