‘High Voltage Oly Only’ Classes!!!
- This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their lifts, as well as anyone looking to begin competing locally in the sport of weightlifting.
- The sessions will run Tuesdays at 8:30pm and Sundays at 11am for 10 weeks, starting Sunday, Sept 16.
- No metcon, no long run – just getting really, really good at the most technical lifts around.
- The first class is on Sunday, September 16 (the day after the Prelims of the Whole Life Challenge) at 11am at High Voltage.
- The class will meet every week at Tuesday night at 8:30pm and Sundays at 11am for 10 weeks, through the beginning of December 2012.
- To attend, you can: 1: use your regular weekly classes towards this program, 2: you can purchase additional classes in packs of 5 or 10 to attend this class and use as needed, or 3: Upgrade your membership so you can attend all the High Voltage awesome classes you like anytime.
