The NLI Olympic Weightlifting Meet was a huge success!

CFHV had 4 competitors represent strong at the Nov 17th NLI Oly Meet! Everyone showed up ready to crush their lifts and that’s exactly what they did! Great job guys!

Thanksgiving is almost upon us. Here’s what this weekend’s schedule looks like…

Thursday – Closed

Friday – One Class at 12:30

Saturday – 9AM and 10AM Team WODs (No Barbell Strength)

Sunday – 10AM Long WOD (No Oly Club)

Also due to Oly Club finishing it’s previous training cycle there will be no Oly Club at 8:30PM today.
