Guest Days are in full swing! Bring a Friend! Bring a Loved One! Share your fitness with those close to you!

Guest days is a go! Today tomorrow and Saturday (Dec 67& 8th) you can bring your friends & family to any training session you attend! You’ll get to work out together show them all the new friends you’ve made and what all the non-stop awesomeness is about here at CrossFit High Voltage.
Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to class so everyone can get all of the necessary paperwork filled out in order to get started. In most cases you’ll be their guide through their first ever CrossFit experience! Be sure to share the care and support that we all give one another here at the gym.  All are welcome!
All Classes will be made available to guests on Thursday Friday and Saturday! Even Saturday’s 11AM Barbell Strength class!
Finally THIS Saturday Night! You are invited to the Party of the Year!

  • Multiple carnival style games manned by your favorite Coaches
  • Multiple kegs of beer and cider
  • Photo backdrop with crazy props

  • Oh yeah…and out in the parking lot where it will be freaking SNOWING!
