Guest Deezles

We had such a blast during December’s Guest Days that we thought to ourselves “why not have another one!”. If you have any friends or loved ones who are interested in getting a taste of the CrossFit High Voltage lifestyle then by all means bring them to Guest Days. All classes starting tomorrow January 10th through January 12th you will be available for guests.

Be sure to have them come a bit early in order to fill out the proper workout release forms. Also make sure that you attend class with them. It’ll make their experience much more exciting and memorable to be working out alongside a friend who can show Guest Deezles 2them the ropes. Bring your friends family members or loved ones. All are welcome!

Don’t forget Team High Voltage is kicking off it’s first practice session of the year this Sunday January 13th from 12 Noon-3PM! If you are interested in joining the competition team be sure to check it out. All athletes who feel comfortable with the core movements in CrossFit and have a hunger for competition are welcome to try their hand this Sunday! Remember to come ready to work. It’s going to be a challenge!
