Hey Volts and Vixens! Thank you so much for bringing your guests! We had a ton of fun and we hope you did too. Feel free to invite friends and loved ones to join you today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday). We’ll be having guest-friendly classes take place through Saturday.

Guest Days 2-1

Team High Voltage’s first practice of the year is this Sunday from Noon-3PM! Team HV is for anyone who is ready and interested in competition! This could be Weightlifting endurance and of course CrossFit Competitions. The first practice of the year is open to anyone who is interested but come prepared. It’s going to be extremely challenging. Hope to see you there!
