Team High Voltage is back with a vengeance. The second practice session is on Saturday February 9th 1PM-3:30PM.

Tuesday’s Training:

Level 1 CrossFit

Level One/Two CrossFit

All Levels CrossFit

Skill: Deadlift A. 10 Minutes Power Clean 1 Rep Max! A. 12 Minutes Power Clean 1 Rep Max!
WOD:1.5 min per station 3 stations
Rest 30 seconds. 3 rounds for max reps

  • Push Up
  • Deadlift
  • Jump Rope
B. 3 Rounds For Time:

  • 10 x Power Clean
  • 10 x Burpees
  • 10 x Overhead Walking Lunge w/ Bumper plate
  • 30x lateral hurdle jumps
 B. 20 Minute AMRAP of:

  • *24681012x power clean
  • 10x Burpee
  • 10x Sit ups w/ Bumper Plate
  • 10x Overhead walking lunge w/ bumper plate

*every round power clean volume grows by 2
