It’s one of my favorite parts to CrossFit.

SarahCrossFit is all about personal growth both physically and mentally. However one of my favorite things about it is being able to watch my friends and loved ones continue to improve. Over the past 18 months I’ve been privileged enough to be able to witness the progress of everyone at the gym.

Here’s your homework. Think about a close friend or loved one at the gym who’s really been crushing it lately. Send them a facebook message or shoot them a text letting them know that they’re doing a great job. Let’s pick each other up a little bit and have a great week :).

A. Skill: Back Squat

  • Sets of 5 Reps

A1. Back Squat

  • Sets of 5 Reps

A2. 20 second AMRAP

  • Strict Pullups or Negatives

A1. Weighted Box Step Ups

  • 10-10-10 (First 3 sets only)
  • rest 30 seconds

A2. Weighted Pullups

  • 3-3-3-3-3
  • Rest 30 seconds

A3. Back Squat

  • 5-5-5-5-5
  • Rest 30-60 seconds
B. 4 rounds
1 minute at each station

  • Jump Rope
  • Dumbell Hang Cleans
  • Box Step ups
  • KB Swings
  • Rest 1 Minute
B. 5 rounds

  • 10 KB Cleans (alternating arms each rep)
  • 15 Burpees
  • 20 Double Unders
B. 8 min AMRAP

  • 5 Heavy Dumbell or Kettlebell Hang Squat Cleans
  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 Double Unders
