Volts and Vixens it’s time to turn it up a notch. 

Ramp it up 4What’s up gang! Today is significant for a few reasons. We are about a month into 2013 and officially 5 weeks out from the CrossFit Games Open Sectionals. We have a number of exciting things to present to everyone this week regarding CFHV events and new features (Including details about the return of BARBELL STRENGTH!). 

Lets start to ramp our training up a little this week heading towards our goal in March. We’ll have more information regarding CFHV’s presentation of the CrossFit Games Open Sectionals and the return of the Fittest in Burbank!

A1. Hang Power Clean
