What’s up guys. We are one month away from 2013’s CrossFit Games Open Sectionals. We will be aiming our training towards Sectionals prep. Programming and goat work will be directed towards making everyone Sectionals-ready. Be sure to check the website for weekly video updates regarding the focus of programming and how it will help you get ready for this year’s traditional events.

Don’t forget this weekend on Saturday February 9th is Team HV’s 2nd official practice session of the year. It takes place at 1PM this Saturday. All you Team High Voltage Volts and Vixens be sure to be there for an incredible workout and training session.

Finally we’re happy to congratulate our badass Vixen Karissa Peltier in her performance last weekend at the latest NLI event. She represented strong and left it all out there. Great job Karissa!
