Barbell Strength is back and stronger than ever!

Barbell Strength Poster V3That’s right everyone! Barbell Strength begins it’s new cycle this Saturday February 16th at 11AM. The popular class coached by the one and only Coach PNutz and Coach Brown Bear kicks off with CrossFit Total!

CrossFit Total consists of a 1 Rep Max of the Back Squat Bench Press (or Strict Press) and the Deadlift.

If you want to improve on your overall strength be sure to enroll in Barbell Strength! The popular class will also return to the evening schedule on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30 PM.

 A.  Hang Squat Snatch

  • 3-3-3-2-2
A. Overhead Squat

  • Sets of 3 Reps
B. For time: (12 minute Cap)

  • 30 Burpee Bar Jump
  • 15 OH Squat 120/90
  • 5 Muscle Ups (Sub 3 pullups/3 pushups for each)
  • Rest 60 seconds
  • 20 Burpee Bar Jump
  • 10 OH Squat 120/90
  • 3 Muscle Ups (Sub 3 pullups/3 pushups for each)
  • Rest 60 seconds
  • 10 Burpee Bar Jump
  • 5 OH Squat 120/90
  • 2 Muscle Ups (Sub 3 pullups/3 pushups for each)
WOD: 4 rounds 1 minute at each station
