What’s up Volts and Vixens! We’re about 2 weeks out from our first Sectional event at CrossFit High Voltage!

“The Open. The most inclusive competition in the world. The top CrossFit athletes and teams in each region from the Open will move onto Regionals. The best athletes and teams at Regionals will compete at the CrossFit Games the world’s premier test to find the Fittest on Earth™.

Every Wednesday from March 6 to April 3 an Open workout is posted. Everyone then has until that Sunday to complete the workout. Athletes have the choice of competing at a participating CrossFit affiliate or submit a videotape of their performance to the Games website. The Open will consist of five workouts over five weeks.”

CrossFit High Voltage has long held the Tradition of performing the Sectional workouts together every Friday night during that five week period.

This year is no exception. We even got eliteEATS to jump onboard to provide healthy food at the event!

So be ready to cheer on your fellow Volts and Vixens as they compete against the world!




These events will be held in place of regularly scheduled classes.

All Levels CrossFit

Level 1 CrossFit

A. 5 minutes to find…

  • Max unbroken string of Double Unders
A. 3 Rounds

  • 250m Row
  • Rest about 2 minutes

Score is slowest of 3 times

B. 12 minute AMRAP

  • 15 Box jumps (24/20)
  • 12 Push Press (115/75)
  • 9 Toes-to-bar
B. 4 rounds 1 minute at each station

  • Weighted Box Step-up (same weights as push press)
  • Dumbell Push Press
  • Knee Raises
  • Rest
