What’s up gang! Just a heads up that this weekend on Saturday March 2nd at 1PM is our next practice for Team HV! This edition features guest coaching from our Barbell Strength head coach PNutz! He’ll be testing your will and strength this Saturday.

We’ll also have a special guest speaker Frank Tortorici! He’ll be talking about nutrition recovery and how your body interacts with specificstimuli!

A. Push Press

  • Sets of 5 Reps

A. Push Jerk

  • Sets of 3 Reps

A. Bear Complex Variation5 sets of 3 Cycles through:

  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Jerk
  • Back Squat
  • Behind the neck Push Press back to starting position (touch & go)
  • Rest 2 minutes

(5 Burpee penalty for dropping bar)

B. 20 minute EMOM

  • 4 Burpees
  • 5 KB Swings
  • 6 Situps
B. Double-Under Ladder by 5’s

  • 5-10-15-20-Etc.
