Wednesday’s Training:

All Levels CrossFit

Level 1 CrossFit

A. Muscle Up Review and Progressions

  • Sets of 2
  • Rest at least 60 seconds between sets.

 

A. Kipping Pullup Progressions

  • Sets of 3-5 Reps Practice

B. Double Under Progressions

  • Sets of 10 Reps Practice
B. 6 Rounds for time (12 minute cap):

  • 25 Wall Ball (20/14)
  • 15 Double Unders

AMRAP with any remaining time:

  • Ring Muscle Ups (Sub 3 pushups 3 pullups for each MU)
WOD: 12 min AMRAP

  • 2 Pullups
  • 4 Double Unders
  • 6 Wall Ball
