Sectionals is this Friday! Let’s do this!

That’s right Volts and Vixens! The 2013 CrossFit Games Open Sectionals kicks off this Friday at 6PM!

The first Open WOD will be announced at 5PM this Wednesday. CFHV Will be hosting our annual Friday events for the next 5 weeks! You can register at Be sure to include CFHV as your affiliate.

Monday’s Training:

All Levels CrossFit

Level 1 CrossFit

A. 20 minute Moving EMOM

  • 4 Deadlifts @ 60% of 1 rep max (Should be unbroken)
  • 2 Muscle Ups or 2 ADAP Pullups/2 ADAP Pushups

(e.g. Minute 1: 4 DL’s Minute 2: 2 MU’s Minute 3: 4 DL’s)

 A. Skill:

  • Deadlift review and pull ups
B. 16 Alternating Tabata Rounds of:

  • Burpees
  • Ball Slams
B. 15 minute EMOM

  • 1 Deadlift
  • 2 ADAP Pullups/2 ADAP Pushups

B. Alternating Tabata

  • Burpees
  • Ball Slams
