CFHV opens their doors to the city of Burbank!

This Saturday April 6th at 9:00am we’ll be having our very first Free Community workout for the city of Burbank! We’ll be going over the concepts behind CrossFit CrossFit High Voltage’s progression based system and (of course) doing a workout together! All within 1 hour!

If you’ve ever done Guest Days before then you know how fun it is to come in bring in one of your friends or family members to experience all the awesome stuff you do everyday.

Just to be clear this workout is intended for non-members only. If you are a current member and you would like to attend that’s okay but we encourage  you to bring a guest.
