They’ll be doing the CrossFit Total which is the sum of the best 3 attempts at the following lifts:

1. Back Squat

2. Strict Press

3. Deadlift

Friday’s Training: Murph Training – Hamstring Fatigue 

A. Back Squats (sets of 5 reps)

B. 15 Min EMOM

  • 5 Ring/bar Rows
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 5 Air Squats

  • 10 Alternating Pistols

B. 20 Min Cap @ 75-80% effort.
