  • 20 Rope Passes (Unbroken)
  • Rest 20 Secs

Skill: Push Jerk

  • Sets of 5 Reps

WOD: In 12 Mins get as far as possible:

  • 1 Pull Up
  • 10 DU’s
  • 2 Pull Ups
  • 20 DU’s
  • 3 Pull Ups
  • 30 DU’s
  • …etc.
