A. Back Squat

  • Sets of 5 Reps

B. 7 Min AMRAP:

  • 3 Burpees
  • 6 Wallball
  • 6 Burpees
  • 9 Wallball
  • 9 Burpees
  • …etc.

C. 75 Sit Ups for time.

A. Back Squat

  • In 15 Mins find a 3 Rep Max

B. 12 Min Cap

  • 6 Rounds
  • Row 100m
  • Rest 1 Min

Then with remaining time…

  • AMRAP Wallball
